Description

The Royal Range 1605 Cheese Melter Infrared Burner makes use of high-intensity technology to project a wave of heat downwards through a special tile grid. It is able to quickly convert gas energy into desired thermal radiation, which can be seared and melted in almost no time without the customary warm-up of atmospheric burners. It is usually attached to a heavy-duty counter stand and mounted to a reinforced wall bracket. The unit takes up a strategic vertical space in commercial kitchens.
