Description

The Hobart 844516-17 Infrared Burner W/NAT produces heat by mixing natural gas with air through the included #40 orifice and directing the flame across the burner surface. It assists in a high-intensity chemical reaction in which fuel is transformed into radiant infrared energy which is used to transfer heat uniformly. It is commonly installed inside compatible commercial cooking equipment such as broilers, ovens or heating sections where infrared burners are used for direct heat application and gas-powered food preparation processes.
