Description

The Garland CK222106-2 Infrared Burner W/NAT operates by distributing natural gas through the orifice and burner surface to produce infrared heat for cooking applications. It is attached to the cooking surface, and is produced through this process to generate intense radiant heat through electromagnetic waves instead of using air as the only means of heat transfer. It can be found in the inside heating system of the compatible heavy-duty commercial range ovens and broilers. The rectangular burner measures 27-1/4 inches by 6-3/4 inches and is designed for use with a natural gas setup using a #40 orifice configuration.
