The Pitco 60131801 Fryer Filter Return Ball Valve 0.490" DIA regulates the flow of oil in the filtration and returning process of commercial fryers. It works by opening and closing a spherical type of valve element which controls the flow of oil so that the transfer of oil between the fryer and filter system is smooth. This element is installed in the filtration return line of the fryer which diverts the filtered oil into the cooking vat once the debris and contaminants have been eliminated.
