Description

The Delfield 323-4617 Edgemount Cam Lift Hinge is a door placement element designed to fit the refrigeration units. It is a cam-assisted movement to raise and close the door to assist in correct positioning and closing. The hinge is mounted at the edge of the cabinet and it works together with the door assembly to ensure that there is a straight seal and controlled movement. It is used in commercial kitchens to deal with the pressure of opening and closing the door repeatedly, allowing the refrigeration system to keep the internal conditions steady in normal operation.
