Description

The Hobart 342027-1 SP Thermostat is a mechanical temperature control part for commercial cooking equipment. It provides a range of operation from 200F to 450F and features a 3/16" x 10" sensing bulb with a 36" capillary. It is placed at the point of the appliance where it is supposed to sense the temperature change. The thermostat controls the electrical contacts for the heating circuit with the capillary connection. Within the appliance it is used to control heat cycles and keep the desired temperature when cooking, heating or warming the food.
