Description

The Hobart 342027-8 SP Thermostat is a temperature-sensing and control part intended for commercial kitchen equipment. It can be used for a 200F to 450F range, giving the operator the ability to choose the operating temperature needed. The thermostat is based on a 3/16" diameter, 10" sensing bulb attached to the thermostat by a 36" capillary. It senses the temperature at the location in which it is installed and sends the temperature change to the control mechanism. The contacts then switch the heating circuit as necessary. It is used in the appliance to regulate heat output and assist in maintaining the desired cooking temperature.
