Description

The Hobart 344635-00006 SP Thermostat is a temperature control unit for use with commercial foodservice equipment. It provides a temperature range of 200F to 450F and features a 3/16" diameter, 10" sensing bulb with a 36" capillary. The bulb is placed at the location where the equipment temperature is to be sensed and reacts to changes in equipment temperature. The thermal movement of the capillary activates the thermostat contacts that operate the heating circuit connected to them. It is used to control heating cycles and to keep the desired temperature set by the user during cooking.
