The Dean 807-2478 Fryer Temperature Probe Kit senses heat within cooking equipment and sends temperature information to the control circuit. Its sensing arrangement responds to changing conditions, allowing controls to adjust heating activity according to the setting. It is installed inside fryers near the cooking area where heat monitoring is required. Measuring 2-1/2" X 12" X 2" X 5", the probe reaches the sensing location while 1/8" round terminal block pins provide electrical connection points, and it suits kitchens, foodservice stations, and frying equipment during routine cooking cycles.
