The Dean 8072478 Temperature Probe Kit monitors heat conditions inside frying equipment and sends sensed changes to the control circuit. Measuring 2-1/2" X 12" X 2" X 5", its sensing arrangement reaches the area while connecting to the appliance wiring. It is positioned inside the system near the cooking zone where heat detection is required. The 1/8" round terminal block pins establish electrical contact between the sensing setup and connected controls.
