Description

The Frymaster FM8072478 Temperature Probe Kit detects heat changes within frying equipment and communicates those readings to the control. Its sensing tip reacts when conditions rise or fall, allowing the circuitry to adjust heating activity according to the selected setting. It is fitted inside fryers near the cooking area, with dimensions of 2-1/2" X 12" X 2" X 5" suited to the space. The 1/8" round terminal block pins provide electrical connection points for the wiring and are used in kitchens, foodservice stations, and frying appliances during cooking cycles and service.
