Description

The Frymaster FM826-1526 Temperature Probe Kit senses heat within frying equipment and sends temperature changes to the control circuit. As cooking conditions fluctuate, its sensing tip responds and signals connected controls to adjust heating activity based on the selected setting. It is fitted inside fryers near the cooking area where temperature monitoring takes place. It measures 2-1/2" X 12" X 2" X 5", while 1/8" Round Terminal Block Pins create electrical connection points for wiring, and it is used in kitchens and frying stations during cooking cycles and operation.
