The Frymaster FM8261526 Temperature Probe Kit senses heat inside frying equipment and relays temperature changes to the control circuit. As conditions fluctuate, its sensing tip reacts and prompts connected controls to alter heating activity according to the selected setting. It is positioned inside fryers near the cooking zone where heat monitoring is required. It measures 2-1/2" X 12" X 2" X 5", while 1/8" Round Terminal Block Pins provide electrical connection points. It is suited for foodservice stations and frying appliances during cooking cycles and equipment operation.
