The Accutemp AC-3-DV32 Draw-Off Valve Knob controls a connected dispensing valve through manual turning. Rotating the grip moves the valve stem changing the internal opening so liquid can begin flowing or come to a stop. This part is fitted at the designated control point on compatible commercial cooking equipment with the handle positioned for direct access. Its 3" diameter provides the specified size while stainless steel defines the material configuration. The mounting section connects to the valve stem and transfers hand movement into the mechanism. It is used for controlled liquid dispensing during cooking, cleaning and routine foodservice operations.
