The Market Forge 97-5067 Kettle Handle, which is attached to the draw-off valve stem and can be rotated in a controlled manner either to open or close the valve. It connects to the stem by a safe mechanism, which allows the motion of the mechanism to be smooth when liquid is being discharged from the kettle. The handle is placed in a position that is easy to reach by the operator, and it coincides with the turning mechanism of the valve and is on the front of the kettle. Its design allows regular contact with the valve assembly.
