Description

The Pitco P5045650-C Fryer Combination Safety Valve is a natural gas controller valve that is operated by a 120 VAC actuator which is activated by the electrical input from the control system. When it is activated, the valve allows the gas to flow to the burners and when the power is lost or the conditions change, the valve will close and stop the gas flow. The component is attached to the gas train in the fryer and is directly connected to the gas piping with 3/4" FPT inlet and outlet fittings. It acts as an essential component of the coordination of gas supply with the heating cycle of the fryer.
