Description

The Pitco P5045657 Combination Safety Valve controls the flow of gas through the use of a 120 VAC actuator which operates the valve mechanism based on the controls on the appliance. It is opened to permit natural gas to flow to the burner system during heating and closed when the burner system is not running or conditions dictate that gas be interrupted. Placed on the gas supply line to the system it is connected by 3/4" FPT inlet and outlet ports. The assembly operates in conjunction with the fuel control system of the fryer and assists in transferring the gas to the heating elements.
