The Vulcan Hart 00-712363 Gas Griddle Pilot Orifice LP Systems is used to control the flow of propane to the pilot assembly, so that the ignition source remains consistent. This hole is fitted in the pilot system of commercial gas griddles that are widely used in restaurants, cafeterias and foodservice kitchens. It allows for maintaining consistent burner start-up and consistent heating operation during regular cooking operations by regulating, the amount of gas fed to the pilot flame. The fact that it has fine flow control assists in the overall efficiency and safety of the appliance.
