Installation Steps

Step1: Shut off the gas supply, disconnect power if applicable, and allow the grill to cool completely.

Step2: Remove the access panel and disconnect the old thermostat assembly and sensing bulb.

Step3: Mount the new SIT thermostat assembly using the supplied bracket and screws.

Step4: Reconnect the control, sensing bulb, and gas connections, ensuring proper routing and secure fittings.
