The Vulcan Hart 00-414146-00002 Hi-Limit Thermostat with Manual Reset is a second hi limit mechanism for specific models of fryers such as EEF-M/SM, REF-M/SM, SPE, and SPER series. In addition, it comes with a fixed temperature setting of 435Ā°F to ensure that the temperature is the better for frying and not over heat that may hazard the bearer. The thermostatā€™s sensor bulb is 1/4" x 4-7/8" in nickel, with a capillary tube of 24" and bracket of 13", for easy installation. This manual reset feature provides operational safety by allowing users to quickly return to normal function after a safety shut off.
