Step1: Turn off gas and electrical power supply and allow unit to cool completely.
Step2: Remove front panel and carefully access old pilot assembly area.
Step3: Disconnect gas line and igniter wiring, noting connections carefully.
Step4: Unscrew and remove faulty pilot burner/igniter assembly from mounting bracket.
Step5: Position new pilot burner/igniter assembly and secure mounting screws firmly in place.
Step6: Reconnect gas line and wiring, ensuring tight, secure fittings.
Step7: Restore power, test ignition, and check for gas leaks.
