The Hobart 00-23439 Mixing Bowl Stainless Steel 12 Qt contains the ingredients and the agitator or beaters of the mixer which transfer the motion by giving a confined area to the motion transfer. It works by fitting into the bottom of the mixer and aligning with the drive mechanism such that, as the machine is running, attachments reach into the bowl and move product all over the batch. This bowl is fitted on the support arms of the mixer. It is stainless steel and fits the capacity of the mixer and can be attached to the lift or locking system to operate securely.
