General Definitions

  • The Company: PartsFe 

  • The Buyer: Any individual, business, or organization entering into an agreement with the Company, including any designated delivery address provided by the Customer.

  • The Agreement: The contract for the sale and purchase of goods based on these terms and conditions made between the Customer and the Company.

These terms and conditions are applicable when the buyer (customer) purchases goods included in our quotation from us (the Seller). Upon the buyer accepting the quotation or when the items are delivered (whichever happens first), these terms and conditions are acknowledged and agreed upon. The entire agreement between the buyer and the company is governed by the quotation and these terms and conditions (collectively, the "Contract").

General Interpretation & Definitions

  • A business day is any weekday (Monday to Friday) excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and do not influence the interpretation of these provisions.

  • The use of singular terms includes the plural and vice versa.

Description of Goods

  • The descriptions, images, and other information provided in our catalogs, brochures, and website are intended to offer a general overview of the products. Although we aim to provide accurate details regarding product specifications, prices, and designs, there may be slight variations due to improvements or changes to the products.

  • By accepting our quotation or order confirmation, the Customer acknowledges that they have not relied on any other representations or statements made outside of the provided documentation. The product descriptions are intended only as references.

  • An order placed by the Customer represents their intent to purchase the goods in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Order Process

  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any orders placed with the Company.

  • The company does not offer trial sales or samples of the goods. The Customer is advised to thoroughly review product specifications and determine the suitability of the items before placing an order. By doing so, the Customer confirms their understanding that the company does not make any guarantees regarding the compatibility of the products with specific needs, including the dimensions of spaces like doorways or entry points.

  • Once an order is accepted by the Company, it may be canceled depending on stock availability, fraud, or if the goods are no longer available at the time of dispatch.

Price of Goods

  • The listed price for the goods includes applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

  • Unless specified, the price does not cover delivery costs.

  • The quoted price is for the supply of goods only and does NOT include installation services.

  • Discounts, if offered, are at our discretion.

  • Prices may be adjusted in the event of changes from the quotation date.

  • Orders made through our website are subject to acceptance.

  • Unless agreed otherwise, full payment is required when placing an order.

Delivery

  • Goods must be delivered to the address listed on the buyer's purchase order within the timeframe specified by the seller. All delivery times are approximate.

  • When the buyer places an order, the company will make every reasonable effort to deliver by the specified time. However, even if the buyer opts for a timed or guaranteed service with an additional fee, the company does not guarantee the delivery will occur on time. The buyer explicitly agrees that the company will not be held liable for any delays, undelivered items, or costs incurred by the buyer as a result.

  • Products must be inspected at the time of delivery or pickup. The buyer has 24-48 hours from the delivery date to notify the company in writing of any damages, incorrect parts, or shortages. Notifications should include relevant details and, if possible, photographic evidence. The buyer must provide a reasonable opportunity for the company and/or any carrier to inspect the damaged items.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return of goods, at their own risk and expense.

  • If the goods do not meet the buyer's needs, they have the right to reject them.

  • The company accepts no liability for delivery delays, regardless of the cause, and delivery times provided are only estimates.

  • Orders will be delivered from the company’s stock. Deliveries are made to the curbside only. The buyer is responsible for ensuring there are proper arrangements and sufficient resources to receive the items at their location. The company disclaims responsibility for any negligence or failure to verify that the items will fit on the buyer’s property. The company may refuse delivery if it deems the premises unsuitable for the shipping vehicle, or if delivery would be unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonably difficult.

  • Once delivered, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the items.

Returns

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.

  • Goods that were incorrectly ordered may only be returned with prior authorization from the company. Returns made without authorization will not be accepted. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be provided by the company before any returns can be processed. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]

  • Returns requests via Phone calls or chats will not be accepted.

  • Only items that are properly packaged, in their original, undamaged packaging, with original manuals, and showing no signs of use will be accepted for return.

  • Special order items are not eligible for returns

Returns can only be made if:

  • Prior written agreement has been received from the company.

  • Any applicable handling or restocking fees have been paid.

  • The returned goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure that the returned goods are properly insured during transport. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to returned items during shipping. The buyer is solely responsible for such risks. Refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for more information.

Warranties

The company provides no additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's warranty. We disclaim any implied warranties concerning product quality or suitability for any particular purpose.

Product Specifications

The product specifications provided on our website are sourced from the manufacturer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods meet their specific requirements and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and third-party intellectual property rights.

Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from inaccurate product descriptions, delays, or issues caused by third parties.

  • The Company expressly disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, or data, as a result of using the website, brochures, or catalogs, or from any misleading information contained within them.

  • The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as force majeure events, war, industrial action, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the United States.
