Return Policy

30-Day returns: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all items purchased directly from our online store. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date and request a refund.

Eligibility for Return: Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all original manuals, with no signs of use.

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must have been purchased directly from our website.

  • Incorrectly ordered items may only be returned with prior authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Requests made through phone calls or chat will not be accepted.

  • Returns MUST be received within 15 business days from the authorization date.

Non-Refundable Items: The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Special order items.

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged goods, a partial shipment, or incorrect items, please report it within 2 business days from the delivery date.

Return Process: For approved return requests, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please follow the instructions carefully for a smooth return process:

  • Email us the details of your return to receeive RMA number to intiate the retun process.

  • Ship the items back, with the RMA label on the box, to the provided address.

  • Do not write anything on the original packing box. Items won't be accepted otherwise.

  • DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO THE CORPORATE ADDRESS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned items are properly insured during transit. We disclaim all responsibility for any loss or damage to items returned in transit. The customer assumes all risk.

Refund Policy
