The Hobart 00-267274 Freezer Thermostat Control 9530 36 measures the internal temperature of the cabinet by use of a thermal sensor to switch the refrigeration compressor on and off. The unit has electrical contacts that are opened and closed against predetermined temperature. This is an element installed within the main electrical enclosure or the evaporator coil section of commercial freezers. The assembly has a calibrated dial and a capillary tube that extends to the airflow to measure variations. A built-in bracket is available that can be mounted flush against the interior cabinet wall or control panel.
