The Hobart 00-350545-30 Dial 2-1/4" DIA OFF-400-200 rotates on a control shaft to change settings by converting rotational movement to the control mechanism underneath. The dial has a scale marked from OFF to 400 to 200 that as the dial is turned matches an indicator to set a desired value on the related control. It is installed on the front panel of equipment compatible with the thermostat or control interface.
