Hobart 00-353613-00001 Temperature Control is a precision component for commercial cooking applications. The potentiometer on this temperature controller has a slotted 3/16" D-shaft and allows easy and accurate temperature adjustments from 150°F to 450°F. With seven 1/4 inch male tabs to seamless connection to other components, it is compatible with the #44-1235 temperature probe for precise temperature measurement. It features retrofittable design to work with old style knobs such as the black 1-15/16" diameter knob with a 3/16" D stem or pointer knobs with a "D" stem and set screw, adding versatility and adaptability to a variety of cooking set ups.

Installation Steps

Step1: Disconnect electrical power to the equipment before servicing.

Step2: Remove the control panel or access cover to reach the temperature control assembly.

Step3: Label and disconnect the wires from the existing temperature control.

Step4: Remove the mounting hardware and carefully take out the old control.

Step5: Install the new temperature control in the same position and secure it firmly.
