The Hobart 00-439888 Saw Wheel is a central pulley mechanism that is used to rotate the blade continuously by passing the kinetic power through the motor. This round part rotates as the motor is turned on to move the cutting band in a uniform straight line either vertically or horizontally. This particular wheel is mounted on the upper or lower axle housing on the main cabinet of the saw. The unit is made of high-density cast metal and has an outer diameter to keep the blades aligned during high-speed processing in the meat departments or butcher shops.
