The Hobart 00-960599 Door Gasket forms a seal between the door and the cabinet frame to maintain the internal air conditions when the equipment is closed during operation. When closed the gasket presses against the perimeter of the door to create a seal with the surrounding surfaces, minimising gaps around the door, and ensuring proper alignment. This component is mounted around the edge of the door of compatible VHFA18 refrigeration or heated holding equipment, and fits into the door channel assembly found in commercial kitchens, food holding stations, and foodservice preparation areas.
