The Groen 002845 Jacketed Kettle Sight Glass Fitting is a connection part that is compatible with systems. It is designed to hold the sight glass assembly in place on the kettle and provide a point for the operators to view the liquid level in the jacket area. The fitting connects to the sight glass and related piping to ensure the correct location of level monitoring equipment. It is available with a 1/2" male pipe thread connection and fits into the sight glass assembly of the kettle. It is packaged in pairs and used in the liquid-level observation system of cooking equipment.
