The Groen 009029 Kettle Faucet Handle 3 x 21/32 inch and 312 inch square hole is a control handle, which fits on draw-off valves of tilt kettles and steam-jacketed kettles. It is attached to the stem of the valve that provides the operators with the choice to close and open the faucet to control the amount of liquid flowing out of the kettle. The handle is mounted directly onto compatible draw-off assemblies and works together with the valve mechanism to provide safe and accurate operation to assist in safe and efficient dispensing of soups, sauces, and other liquids in kitchens and catering operations.
