The Baxter 01-1M7365-00001 Water Solenoid Valve 120V 50/60Hz 1/2" NPT operated by the electrical signal to open or close the valve by moving a plunger with an electromagnetic coil. The coil when energized forms a magnetic field that causes the plunger to be lifted enabling the water to flow through the 1/2" NPT connection and when de-energized the water flow is stopped. This design enables it to be easily attached to pipes and fitted with electrical wiring to deliver water in a controlled manner in commercial equipment.
