The Hatco 02-08-114 Warmer Element is a 1400-watt, 208-volt heating element 60" length and 0.260" diameter. This element is intended to be used in the compatible food warmers to produce a consistent amount of heat to keep holding temperatures within the proper range. It is fitted into the heating assembly of the warmer, and it transforms electrical energy into radiant heat which is passed to the holding surface or compartment. Being a fundamental element of the heating system, it maintains a constant temperature throughout the food service operations.
