The T&S Brass 0221 Temperature Pressure Relief Valve 3/4" W/5" Probe responds to changes in thermal heat within the system, opening automatically to release excess pressure, or overheated water when preset operating limits are reached. Its 5-inch probe continuously monitors water conditions, while the 3/4-inch connection integrates the valve into the plumbing assembly for controlled discharge. This part is installed on compatible water heating and hot water storage equipment where combined temperature and pressure protection is required. It is designed to fit the specified connection size and basic equipment configuration.
