The Blodgett 06050 Rack measures 20.88 inches front-to-back by 14.69 inches left-to-right and provides a supporting surface inside commercial ovens. It is placed on the oven's internal rack guides to keep cookware, trays, or food products at the desired cooking level. It keeps the heated air moving around the items but keeps them off the bottom of the oven. It is placed in the cooking chamber and is a part of the interior supporting structure of the oven. It may be moved from one of the available guide levels to another to fit various cookware sizes and cooking needs.
