The Cres Cor 0861-185-K Hot Cabinet Door Gasket forms a tight seal around the cabinet door, limiting heat loss and air exchange when the door is closed during operation. Made from silicone, supplied with screws, and measuring 28-1/2 inches x 24-1/2 inches, it mounts securely to the door and compresses against the cabinet frame to create a continuous seal. Installed on compatible hot cabinets, it operates as part of the door sealing assembly. It is used in commercial food-holding equipment where proper door sealing is required for normal cabinet operation.
