The Groen 094129 Steamer Element produces heat within a compatible commercial appliance to produce steam using electrical energy. It is designed to work in a closed boiling chamber where the water is heated to produce steam for cooking operations. The element is designed to fit into assemblies and is connected to the system by wire leads with flange-mounted design for system wiring and control compatibility.
