The Market Forge 10-4714A Thermostat is a system that pays attention to and controls heat levels in the electrical heating system. It reacts to temperature changes by opening and closing the control circuit which in turn makes the heating elements cycle as needed during operation. In the temperature control assembly the thermostat plays the role of the regulator between the user has to set and the heating elements. It's action is to constantly sense the internal conditions and adjust electrical flow to the heating system as required for controlled heat management.
