The Jade Range 100-136-000 Cast Iron Burner Head is a gas burner part that circulates fuel around the burner ports to produce an even cooking flame. Gas is fed to the burner head and flows out of the burner openings, where it is mixed with air and ignited above the cooking surface. The head is 6-9/16 x 5-5/16 inches and is placed in the burner area below the cookware support. It is utilized in commercial restaurant kitchens and foodservice operations, and its combustion point is the part that transfers heat directly to cooking vessels within the range.
