The Garland 1005069 Heating Element is an electric heat source for commercial oven applications. It works by changing energy from electricity into heat energy with a resistance element rated at 4100 watts and 208 volts. When energized, the element reaches the temperature needed for cooking and sends heat into the oven cavity to prepare food in the equipment. It is put in the heat section of the oven and works as the main place where heat is used for normal cooking and baking.
