The Hobart 103660 Set Screw is a miniature fastener that is used to fix the parts in the compatible commercial foodservice equipment assemblies. It is applied by threading a tapped hole and applying a holding pressure to a shaft or mating part. It does not move during operation, which is attached at certain points of connection within internal mechanisms such as drives, hubs or mounts. It makes sure that the moving and non-moving parts of the equipment system are aligned, and it facilitates the sound mechanical positioning.
