The Cleveland 104461 Element W/Gasket 1-3PH is a heating element for use in commercial steam cooking equipment. It is 8000 watts, 208 volts and heats water to generate steam for use throughout the cooking process. The assembly features a gasket that is installed and mounted with a 2-1/4" on-center, 3" square-inch flange. It is placed within the heating system of the steamer and works in conjunction with the controls and water reservoir to produce steam, and it is used to provide steady thermal energy to prepare food using steam.
