The Ice-O-Matic 1051210-01A Motor Assembly Harvest is a replacement rotor assembly for commercial appliances during the harvest cycle. The assembly which is connected to a 115-volt power supply and a 160° configuration, supplies power to the mechanism that ejects formed ice from the evaporator plate. This motor can be used in foodservice applications like restaurants, hotels, and beverage stations to ensure that the ice is harvested when it has reached its desired temperature. It co-acts with the control circuit and mechanical linkage to move the internal parts to discharge the cubes and to start the next freezing cycle.
