The Dean 106-2994SP Blower Assembly is an air-moving part that circulates air in the cooking chamber, with a left-hand rotation and is powered by a 115V motor with 50/60Hz. This circulation of air enhances even cooking conditions, by evenly distributing heat all around the split pot. which will fit in the internal ducting, and mounting points of the appliance. Its construction allows it to fit inside the unit without occupying additional space and the electrical connection makes installation, and operation easy.
