The Southbend 1073498 Burner Valve Knob Off-Hi-Low is a control valve that directs gas flow to an appliance by rotating to the Off, High, or Low position, and this places the internal valve to permit more or less. It works by turning the stem to adjust the size of the passage, which controls the intensity of flames at the burner. This is attached to the front control panel of the cooking equipment. It is mounted on the stem with the output being clearly adjusted.
