The Cleveland 108995 Convection Steamer High-Limit Thermostat Reset Button switches off the circuit. when the Steamer attains a high temperature level to avoid overheating. The unit is cooled pressing the button reconnects the unit and the thermostat goes back to normal. It is found on the control panel or close to the thermostat assembly in the housing of the steamer. The reset button is fitted to a certain slot of the convection steamer models and it can be controlled manually. Its design allows accessibility in terms of maintenance and allows integration with the internal temperature.
