The Hobart 11328 Thermostat Knob with white printed numbers in black, 2" diameter, OFF-400-200°F is operated by rotating the control shaft on the thermostat to adjust the set point temperature and adjusting the internal contact points to control the time the heating circuit is active or inactive. The printed scale helps in choosing the preferred temperature setting in the control system of the equipment as the knob rotates. It is mounted on the front panel of a compatible cooking or warming appliance in which a flat-down mount is installed.
