The Southbend 1196136 Wendy Grease Drawer Assembly works by trapping the surplus oils and food discharges during the cooking process to prevent the liquid accumulation on the equipment surface. This element slips into a unique tracking system underneath the cooking or heating space where it stores the discarded fats until the container is opened manually and disposed of. The unit can be directly inserted into the lower front chassis of the customized cooking station to access it centrally. This stainless steel container has a certain internal capacity to handle a high capacity of waste production without the requirement.
