Manufacturer:
The Montague 1300-5 Convection Oven Door Switch Kit includes a mechanical switch that activates or deactivates the operation by working on the door movement. The lever and roller assembly presses the switch on the circuit when the gate closes and releases it from the circuit to cut the signal. This is fitted to the frame at the point where the lever and the roller fit in the moving door. The assembly connects to the control system of the oven to identify the position of the door.
