The Vollrath/Idea-Medaille 17074 Thermostat 55 detects the temperature and uses a system of a bulb and capillary to convert the temperature variations into mechanical action to adjust settings. The temperature level can be manually controlled by the dial interface, and the 15" capillary sends accurate results of the sensing bulb. It is made to fit in equipment panels and is mounted with a 1/4" by 4" which provides a secure mount and allows it to be easily accessed. Its design renders it compatible with use in numerous temperature-sensitive appliances.
